i’ve check egr and cleaned throttle body.

I actually have fixed everything that the code says is incorrect and that i cant get my car inspected until i will be able to get the check engine light off. I actually have tried resetting it by unhooking the battery but it surely comes right back after the pc resets.

I even have mechanical training and to be able to import this car from Mexico i have to make it OBDII (On Board Diagnostic) compliant. i will be able to do it myself if i will just get the procedure and parts. I cant find any info on the net to try this from scratch. … Continue reading

just replaced the alternator, i used to be told its a pcm error code. evrything else is okay, the auto runs and idles good, all sensors chk ok, just dont wish to do any additional damage.

I just fixed an O2 sensor. Erased the code using the OBD2 scanner. Then the code that was there for my O2 sensor cleared. Im wondering that IF the difficulty was still there, and the check engine light turned off, could the OBD2 sensor still read the code although theres no check engine light?

Im into the honda tuners croud, and we love to do obd2 to obd1 conversions with a purpose to chip our ECUs and basically make cars go faster. but iv never heard of the alternative, like say you have got a 1990 accord with obd1, could you exchange that to obd2? or is that impossible … Continue reading
